Recently I saw Beltex material mentioned to be used to shape sun visors. It's really not available in sheets larger than shoe shoe sizes in the US. It's commonly used for shoe insoles. I found a source in Indial but I need to buy 100 sheets sized 30" x 30" to have it shipped to me. Thickness ranges from 1/16" to 1/14".
My question is is there any interest from others if I bring in 100 sheets.
Cost would be under $5 for a 30"x 30" piece which is enough to make 4 or more visiors.
The standard door panel cardboard seems too thick for sun visors in many cases when you are trying to stitch them around the perimeter.
Again this is just a question of general interest. I'm not trying to sell anything, just looking to see if I get a 100 sheets what I would do with about half of them. Don't think I will live long enough to do several thousand sun visiors.
Thanks
